Operational Promotions Campaign Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to oversee the successful execution of promotional campaigns within the financial industry, focusing on CFDs (Contracts for Difference). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, including deposit bonuses, trading competitions, and referral programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and internal reporting requirements.
This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. We seek a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior operations or campaign management role within the CFD industry or other financial industries.
