About Home Care Workers

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to support older Australians in their own homes. As an essential member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Support: Provide cleaning, meal prep, and housekeeping services to keep homes safe and welcoming.
  • Social Support: Offer friendly transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
  • Care Planning: Observe and report changes, ensuring accurate records are kept.

Requirements:

  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.
  • Competent in the use of a Smartphone.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
  • A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
