Our North Queensland office is under new management and requires additional staff to meet the growing demand for our services in the region.Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service.Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long-term relationships.As typical in the role of in-home aged care support, you will assist with:personal care;domestic assistance;transportation;medication reminders;other activities of daily living.QualificationsCertificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services;Satisfactory Australian National Police check;Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate;Smart mobile phone; andDriver's licence and their own reliable presentable car.Preferred SkillsThis role will report to the Care Manager and a successful candidate will have the following:Ability to provide personal and domestic care;A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting;Excellent written and verbal skills;Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;Excellent time management and organisational skills;Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.Please note that we review applications and extend offers on a rolling basis, which means we may fill all available spaces for some divisions and locations prior to the application deadline.
