Home Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Professional to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services, including showering, grooming, and dressing
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
  • Assist with medication management and transportation to appointments and outings
  • Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent with 12 months experience
  • Completion of HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication competency
  • HLTAAP001 – Recognise Healthy Body Systems
  • CHCCCS031 – Provide Individualised Support
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
