About the Role

The position involves assisting clients with everyday tasks, medication management, and promoting independence while adhering to a well-established model of care.

This role combines hands-on client interaction with office-based responsibilities. While most work takes place in the community, there will be times when contributing to planning and coordination from our office is required.

Key duties include:

  • Providing personal assistance (e.g. bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Assisting clients with medication administration
  • Supporting domestic tasks and meal preparation
