    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unqualified Home Care Worker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians, helping them live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

    • Provide domestic support including cleaning, meal preparation, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

    • Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, cooking, and transport to appointments or shopping.

    • Offer friendly social support and observe changes to ensure care plans are up-to-date.

Requirements

">

    • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

">

    • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.

">

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

">

    • Competent in the use of a Smartphone and able to accurately record health changes and observations.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growth-focused leadership team.
