As a Strategic Infrastructure Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development, management, and execution of high-profile, high-risk infrastructure and precinct projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead complex transaction processes, including financial modelling, coordination of end-to-end project lifecycle activities, and planning to support successful deal negotiation and execution.
  • Oversee the development of robust financial analyses to support business case preparation and investment decision making.
  • Provide expert guidance to project teams on commercial risk allocation between contractual parties, ensuring alignment with the chosen contractual framework.

Requirements:
  • In-depth experience in complex transaction analysis and execution, including the development of financial models and/or legal documentation.

  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, proactivity, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in challenging environments.
