Our client is a leading not for profit membership-based organisation established to advocate for health and medical standards and education. They have an exciting opportunity on offer for an Events Coordinator with **Events Air software** experience to start immediately for the next 8-10 weeks with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work fulltime hours Monday to Friday, and the client offers a hybrid working model so therefore there will be times where you will be required to work from home but also in their head office in Melbourne CBD. The Hourly rate for the role is $40 per hour + super.

Working in the Conference and Events Team and Reporting into the Events Manager, the role is to provide administrative support to the team.

Some of your duties will include the following:

- Preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Booking meeting rooms
- Monitoring inboxes and responding to queries
- Assisting with event function arrangements
- Checking registrations and assisting with marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated events experience in a supporting role
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within required time frames
- Demonstrated experience in independently setting priorities to achieve required outcomes
- Intermediate in MS Office Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of working individually and/or as part of a team whilst demonstrating a flexible and cooperative attitude
