Comprehensive Speech Pathologist for Paediatrics and Adults in Melbourne

About the Role
HealthcareLink is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in supporting people with disabilities. This role offers a comprehensive caseload in both paediatrics and adults, providing early childhood intervention services and goal-directed therapy to individuals with learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children aged 0-7 years, focusing on family strengths and support.
- Provide goal-directed therapy to young people and adults with complex needs, working collaboratively with their support teams.
- Educate parents, teachers, and carers to foster change and promote community participation.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve individual goals.
- Support participants in developing and reviewing individual therapy plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and reflective of personal aspirations.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
