Job Overview

We are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads at HealthcareLink.

Role Description

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants, delivering early childhood intervention services to children 0-7 years, goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults, and emphasizing parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
  • Deliver goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
  • Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change and support community participation in a range of environments.
  • Collaborate with each person's support team to achieve their goals, working with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other speech pathologists.
  • Support participants and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and meet the needs of the individual.
