
Regional Commercial Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and grow our relationships across QLD, Northern NSW, and the Mid North Coast. This key leadership role involves building, growing, and retaining strong partnerships while delivering seamless support and commercial outcomes.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop teams, build meaningful customer relationships, collaborate with sales and commercial teams, and drive regional sales and profitability targets. You will also champion a positive team culture and shape regional commercial strategies in line with national goals.
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, with regular travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach teams to deliver excellent service and achieve commercial targets
- Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales and profitability targets
- Develop and implement joint business plans with customers to maximise opportunities
- Champion a positive team culture and values-driven environment
We are looking for a confident people leader with experience in sales, account, or regional management, ideally within hospitality or FMCG. You will bring strong leadership skills, excellent relationship management and communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
