Job Overview

This position involves leading customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW and the Mid North Coast. The role requires strategic leadership skills to build strong partnerships while ensuring every customer has a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional teams for optimal performance.
  • Build and manage meaningful customer relationships to achieve growth and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Develop joint business plans with customers and review regularly for opportunities.
  • Support national brand and marketing campaigns at a regional level.
  • Shape and execute regional commercial strategies in line with national objectives.
About You

We are seeking an experienced sales or account manager who can lead teams to deliver great results. You will be passionate about coffee and building high-performing teams.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Experience in sales, account or regional management, ideally within hospitality or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting.
  • A proactive approach to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams nationally.
