Business Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Administrator to join our team at Pkf Australia in the Upper Hunter region.
The salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionCompany Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior accounting staff, including typing, finalizing correspondence, and recording and processing mail.
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for senior accounting staff.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business unit travel arrangements.
- Coordinate training and catering for business unit events.
- Prepare internal accounting requirements, including payment requests and travel claims.
- Assist with end-of-month billing, including downloading reports, preparing invoices, and finalizing bills for clients.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, faxing, binding, collating, and printing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
