Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Leader to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing change management practices that drive transformative and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks to support organizational goals.
  • Drive change vision and align with strategic objectives, overseeing change initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Mentor executives on change methodologies and provide technical support to ensure effective communication and buy-in.
  • Establish metrics to measure change impact and improve practices, identifying and mitigating risks, and preparing employees and customers for changes.
  • Make strategic decisions and set priorities while informing leadership, aligning change initiatives with complex systems, securing resources, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in change management within large, complex organizations.
  • Awareness of industry trends and their impact on organizational change.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team guidance skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Executive-level experience in regulated, complex sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial management and governance expertise.
