Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the successful execution of key strategic 360 programs. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future direction of the 360 program office, driving excellence across the delivery of our programs and projects.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the successful delivery of projects at any one time.
  • Foster strong relationships with leaders across various functions, effectively communicating program delivery plans and performance updates to support teams and senior executives.
  • Build the capability, ensuring we meet our safety, quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Build a multiskilled team who drive projects from inception to rollout, understanding both business and construction requirements.
  • Ensure the teams have sufficient engagements prior to deployments and during deployment to minimize disruptions to our operation.
  • Establish and maintain robust program delivery governance and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance.

About You

  • You will be an experienced Program Manager with at least 3-5 years of program and people leadership experience focusing on transformation, innovation, ideally in a retail environment, with exposure to construction or logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading leaders, building and developing capabilities at all levels within the team.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to work across stakeholder groups in a large-scale environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Resilience and confidence working in ambiguity, creating clarity and direction.
