Key Responsibilities:

As the Agile Transformation Leader, you will utilize your extensive knowledge to enhance our Agile frameworks and methodologies. You will set a precedent for others and support leadership, senior stakeholders, and teams new to Agile practices in prioritizing value, establishing effective team structures, and applying Agile methodologies to ensure the success of our transformational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of facilitating and influencing leaders to implement large-scale change through coaching and mentorship.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies at both program and team levels, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of Agile delivery and defining work in terms of outcomes and success metrics.
  • Capability to introduce innovative ideas and constructive feedback to enhance team interactions and workflows.
  • Experience in facilitating strategic planning and prioritization sessions, such as Quarterly Business Planning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with leadership to identify dependencies, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to evaluate progress and team performance through Objectives and Key Results across backlogs.
  • Experience in establishing and enhancing Agile capabilities within an organization, either directly or through a consulting role, with a preference for candidates with Big 4 Consulting experience.

About the Risk Management Group:

Within our Risk Management Group, you will engage in an independent and centralized function responsible for objective review, oversight, monitoring, and reporting concerning Macquarie's significant risks. Our divisions encompass Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
