Your Role
As the Agile Transformation Leader, you will utilize your extensive knowledge to enhance our Agile methodologies and frameworks. You will set a standard for others, guiding leadership and senior stakeholders who are transitioning to Agile practices in prioritizing value, establishing effective team structures, and applying Agile techniques to ensure the success of our transformational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, serving as an effective facilitator and influencer with a proven history of empowering leaders to implement large-scale change through coaching and mentorship.
- Possess a solid understanding of program and team-level Agile practices, ensuring teams comprehend Agile delivery, including support in defining work based on outcomes and success metrics.
- Introduce innovative ideas and constructive feedback to enhance team interactions and rhythms, making them engaging and pertinent.
- Facilitate strategic planning and prioritization sessions, such as Quarterly Business Planning.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to identify dependencies, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to assess progress and team performance outcomes through Objectives and Key Results across backlogs.
- Experience in establishing and enhancing Agile capabilities within an organization, either directly or in a consulting capacity, is advantageous; experience in Big 4 Consulting is preferred.
