The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Concession Manager to lead our Myer Sydney City concession pads, fostering a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
  • Mentoring and empowering the team through ongoing training, collaboration, and guidance.
  • Working closely with leadership to build a thriving and profitable concession pad.
  • Driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing essential back-office administration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a similar position, overseeing teams of up to 5 staff members.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Commercial acumen, assisting in driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs within budget constraints.
  • An eye for detail, coupled with a passion for visual merchandising and styling.
  • Familiarity with managing large stock volumes and inventory control.
