About the Role

As a Concession Manager at Sportscraft, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across all concession pads while maintaining premium customer experiences. Based in our Warringah David Jones store, you will oversee the Womenswear and Menswear concession pads for Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG.

This is an inspiring role that requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong analytical and strategic skills to lead a dynamic team. You will be responsible for maximising store performance through key areas of team management, recruitment and induction, rostering, inventory management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment. A true passion for retail fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales across all brands and concession pads.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership.
  • Conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum.
  • 50% discount on all brands.
  • 20% discount on David Jones products.
  • Up to $3000 clothing allowance per year.
