About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to join our team at Myer Bankstown in NSW. As a key member of our Country Road Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Store Operations: Oversee stock management, loss prevention, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Talent Management: Attract, engage, and retain talent, building capability and succession planning for the store's success
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and optimize rostering to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fashion industry, with a passion for fashion and professional presentation
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills in delivering exceptional customer and team experiences
  • Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and drive business growth
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
