Key Responsibilities:

  • Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by providing regular feedback and coaching on product knowledge and customer service
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
  • Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and visitors, focusing on promoting wellbeing
  • Create and manage the store roster, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs
  • Understand and communicate the brand and business strategy to the team, highlighting their role in delivering it

Attributes and Qualifications:
