Key Responsibilities:

4. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers, to drive sales and revenue growth.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and ensure competitive pricing.
6. Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products, including digital marketing and product promotion techniques.
7. Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of high-quality fresh products for our customers.
8. Provide input on product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
9. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of market research, digital marketing, and product promotion techniques, with the ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Candidate with overseas senior work experience preferred, with a strong understanding of global markets and business trends.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and familiar with the Chinese market, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
