Senior Legal Bookkeeper/Office Manager-Law Firm

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team at a premier plaintiff personal injury law firm.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our office, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations, month end/EOFY reporting, trust accounting/controlled monies, cashflows, PAYG, BAS and GST, credit card transactions/reconciliations, petty cash and trust audits.
You will also be responsible for ensuring corporate/legal compliance, including renewing business names via ASIC, renewing firm's insurance and practising certificates for lawyers with the Law Society.
Additionally, you will assist with recruitment/HR/staff management and be the 'go to' contact with IT professionals, building managers and branch offices in Sydney & Qld.
