Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Corporate Law Assistant to support a highly respected Partner in a well-known national law firm. The ideal candidate will have 12 months+ experience as a legal secretary, strong technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document management, including dictation, drafting, and amending complex documents
  • Collation and preparation of large contracts, agreements, and documents
  • Diary management, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • File and database management, including hard copy and electronic files
  • Time sheet entry and client billing
Requirements
  • 12 months+ experience as a legal secretary
  • Strong technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
