Your primary objective will be to build relationships, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to grow market share. You'll work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular telephone contact
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow market share and increase revenue
- Provide solutions to complex customer issues and deliver superior customer service
- Introduce customers to CHEP's latest technology, policies, and processes to enhance customer engagement
- Proven experience in a busy outbound telephone sales role with solid relationship or territory management experience
- Well-developed negotiation and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated skills in working with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM and SAP would be an advantage
