The Key Account Manager is a vital role that combines sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth. This position plays a pivotal part in fostering strategic partnerships with key clients throughout Australia, ensuring Otter Products establishes itself as a reputable brand in the consumer electronics industry.
As a successful Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively expanding our presence in targeted accounts and channels, primarily focusing on Enterprise/Corporate sectors. Your primary goal will be to increase Otter Product's profile and maximise all profit opportunities within these accounts, while achieving agreed targets.
Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of strategic plans to develop partnerships with key channel partners and enterprise customers, assisting with building sales pipelines, prospecting for and qualifying new leads, and identifying new opportunities in existing channels.
- Support the relationship with corporate resellers through partner channels to drive independent enterprise business for OtterBox
- Work with the Australian Team to actively prospect for new business directly from OEM partner channels, carrier partner channels, ISV partners, and distribution partner channels
- Present Otter Products solution to a wide array of sales channels including distribution, enterprise, and small business teams
- Support complex sales cycles and navigate large procurement organisations and processes within Australia
- Collaborate with channel partners to exchange selling strategies and marketing information
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong track record of exceeding challenging sales targets, and a deep understanding of how large organisations work. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a full clean driving license.
Responsibilities- Maintain detailed customer records, manage and track leads, sales, KPIs, and metrics
- Ensure all clients receive exceptional customer service
