We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Operations Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and be part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our field-deployable equipment, including XRF-analysis, hyperspectral, and core photography systems. They will also be required to conduct scanning activities in the field and workshop settings, as well as provide logistical support for these operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be authorized to work in Australia
  • Experience working on a drill rig; mining or exploration core facility (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of handling and logging core samples (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to maintain relationships with key account customers and internal team.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital technologies and new innovations
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Attention to detail and strong initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • A current drivers' license
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills (desirable)
  • 4WD and Senior First Aid (desirable)

Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation
  • Provide material support to Product Development teams through testing and reporting activities, and operational rollout
  • Train client field technicians to safely and efficiently operate our field deployable analytical technologies
