Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to take ownership of day-to-day service operations, job scheduling, and technician coordination.

  • Utilise SimPRO to schedule and coordinate technicians for reactive and planned works ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and technicians, managing inbound calls and emails effectively.
  • Create, update, and close work orders accurately to ensure seamless job tracking.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed timeframes through diligent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technicians to guarantee they have necessary job details, parts, and information prior to commencement.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and service reports as required in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field operations or a similar role within construction, trades, or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in SimPRO is essential for this position.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities are crucial for success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach are necessary to excel in this role.
