About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to accelerate our sales and success organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted enablement programs
  • Develop playbooks, training content and tools that support value-based selling, customer retention and consistent execution
  • Lead onboarding and certification programs that reduce ramp time and improve win rates
  • Develop and deliver programs, tools and resources that sharpen skills, embed high impact practices and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Create and manage GTM-aligned content, ensuring teams are ready for new products, features and campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to measure impact, refine programs and maximise return on investment
  • Foster collaboration across teams (e.g. Commercial Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing, Products) to ensure the Frontline channels are aligned and enabled on key organisational initiatives
  • Mentor others and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions with colleagues to improve their training delivery technique, both in-person and remotely
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement or a related role
  • Proven success designing and delivering sales or success training with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable, scalable enablement initiatives
  • Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, LMS tools and content creation
