The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Sales, Marketing, CX & Ops organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Interview candidates, provide updates throughout the process, and negotiate compensation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
- Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience
- Previous startup experience and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
- A track record of hitting high-volume recruiting metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
