Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Hudson is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Coordinator to lead teams in the successful delivery of current ICT initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the financial, human, and physical resources required for the planning, development, and delivery of ICT initiatives to budget, time, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Coordination: Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within the project timeframes.
  • Project Documentation: Produce required project documentation in accordance with policies and procedures within a project governance framework.
  • Project Governance: Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project.
  • Communication and Change Management: Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans, and benefit realisation plans where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise closely with all project stakeholders, including Project Executives, Project Board Members, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers, and Senior Management.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Provide effective management of risks, issues, conflicts, change requests, and priorities.
  • Project Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Develop and maintain project schedules and manage project resource allocations.
  • Team Management: Provide direction and support for the project team.
  • Reporting: Timely and accurate reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Project Administration: Ensure project administration activities are undertaken in accordance with internal governance and compliance practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in software or operating system deployment projects.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Microsoft Project and current and varied experience across public and private sector.
