About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Station Coordinator to join our team at Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd - F47. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Uphold company values and respect every customer interaction.
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools is also preferred.
