About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Coordinator to join our Group Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on-time. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration support including following up internal and external logistics complaints, coordinating special customer deliveries and managing requests from the Central Customer Delivery team
  • Generating of purchase requests, goods receipt vendor invoices and reconciliation work
  • Ensuring all SAP order, delivery and shipment transactions are correct and on-time
  • Analysis and review of internal transport reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a transport, planning or customer support/administrative role and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes. You will also need to be a true team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Experience using SAP or SAP WMS as well as MS Office (particularly Excel) is highly desirable.
