About the Position

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with business leaders and drive employee experience.

This role is based in West Footscray, with flexible hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will work across various business units, spanning Australia.

You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen culture, build capability, and enhance performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide informed guidance to key stakeholders
  • Offer specialist coaching and support to enable leaders to deliver outcomes
  • Collaborate with leaders using data-driven approaches to solve problems
  • Deliver initiatives aligned with the people calendar, including remuneration reviews and talent assessments
  • Manage policies and guidelines within the portfolio
  • Participate in change leadership and adapt to organisational needs
About Your Background

Experience as a commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner in an industrial environment is essential. You must have Enterprise Agreement experience and be able to oversee commercial aspects.

  • Demonstrated HRBP experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Commercial experience (e.g., worked in commercial enterprises)
  • Strategic thinking and delivery of HR projects and initiatives
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Regular travel in Victoria required, with some interstate travel
