**What Will You Be Doing?**

- Consulting: Building strong relationships with clients, establishing trust, and providing guidance as needed;

- Projects: Defining and delivering project-based results that meet client needs;

- Advice: Providing general HR advice and keeping clients informed about relevant legislative changes;

- Coaching: Guiding and advising clients on their HR function or operations;

- Support: Demonstrating empathy and support to clients, serving as a sounding board;

- Internal Collaboration: Partnering with other HR professionals and the Talent Acquisition team to achieve optimal results for clients.
