Temporary relief opportunity leading generalist HR activities across the employment lifecycle.

Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government is seeking a VPS5 Strategic HR Business Partner to provide temporary relief leading talent management, workforce planning, interpreting workforce data, coaching people leaders, policy interpretation and case management for 3 months.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working across a variety of strategic generalist HR activities, including talent management, workforce planning, workforce data, policy and employment law and employee relations
- Proven track-record working within a business partnering model as a HR Business Partner is critical
- Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
- Previous experience using SuccessFactors is an advantage, however not essential
