Job Overview

Career opportunity exists for a seasoned Human Resources professional to partner with stakeholders across multiple states, focusing on building and retaining a positive culture.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HRBP, or be a strong HR leader looking to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Learning and Development strategies
  • Leading Engagement initiatives across the business
  • Executing HR policies and plans across the state
  • Partnering with business leaders to provide support and guidance on various HR matters
  • Supporting change initiatives and implementing National Engagement programs and processes

The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/Business or a related discipline and have experience working in industries with a complement of white and blue-collar workforce.

Proficient with HR systems and platforms to produce reporting and ability to optimize data is also required. The flexibility to travel interstate from time to time is essential.
