Job Overview

The role of a Patient Journey Partner is pivotal in advancing patient care and outcomes. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive meaningful solutions.

This job involves promoting our exciting portfolio of Haematology treatments to healthcare professionals, creating value for stakeholders and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient outcomes and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Haematology products to healthcare providers within assigned territories.
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximise opportunities and create value for stakeholders.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Reviewing customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels and ensure regular engagement with target customers.
  • Providing expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of treatments.
  • Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analysing territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics.
  • Gathering valuable insights from customers and effectively communicating them to internal teams.

Qualifications include:

  • Passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years or equivalent level of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in similar capacity.
  • Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders within Haematology/Oncology area.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within (and at times, outside) assigned territories.
