Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding and training: Plan, deliver seamless integrations into customer workflows.

  • Track and improve metrics along the customer journey, including time-to-first-value and early activation.

  • Develop tailored adoption plans to maximise user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Enhance retention and growth: Identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn risks, and work cross-functionally to deepen product engagement.

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and become the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and priorities.

  • Deliver value at every touchpoint through proactive check-ins, success planning, and education strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational blockers and drive process improvements.

  • Gather insights to inform product development and feature prioritisation.

  • Evolve our customer success frameworks to refine and scale best practices.
