Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Operational Resilience Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of operational resilience requirements across all Australian Asset Servicing legal entities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local regulators, including ASIC, APRA, and AUSTRAC. You will work closely with senior executives to ensure that we implement and maintain standards that meet regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

">

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and governing Northern Trust's Operational Resilience programs, maintaining Critical Operations (Important Business Services/IBS) across all Australian Asset Servicing legal entities, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory obligations.

You will also be responsible for facilitating the approval of IBS and impact tolerances by the IBS owner and Head of Branch / CEO at legal entity level. Additionally, you will prepare and support governance to enable senior management to steer the decision of relevant Australian legal entities towards continuous strengthening of resilience.
