Workday Security Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Workday security specialist to lead the design, implementation and governance of security across our platform.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure compliance, protect data and embed scalable security practices that support business outcomes.
About You

You will bring deep expertise in Workday and a passion for creating secure, compliant and resilient systems.

  • A strong background in Workday security design, frameworks and access management is essential.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and audit requirements within HRIS platforms is also required.
  • You will have skilled experience in implementing role-based access controls and segregation of duties policies.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to influence and guide security direction is crucial.
  • You will have strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences are necessary.
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workday Security Strategist. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Workday security strategy.

  • You will take ownership of Workday security framework and control development.
  • Partner with technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Implement role-based access and segregation of duties across all Workday modules.
  • Provide expertise on audits, compliance and governance practices.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for secure configuration and ongoing operations.
  • Lead remediation of identified security gaps and risks.
