Marketing Digital Strategist

As part of a forward-thinking organisation's vision to create a stronger and more resilient presence, the Marketing Digital Strategist role plays a critical part in shaping our digital landscape. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our brand initiatives, driving business growth and attracting values-aligned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans that integrate digital marketing channels, ensuring seamless seasonal messaging and budget alignment across our creative matrix.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver best practice strategies across social, search and programmatic channels, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends, applying insights to enhance media strategy, creative execution and campaign relevance, staying at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Utilise analytics and marketing mix modelling tools to generate performance insights and improve campaign effectiveness, driving results-driven decision making.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, including competitor analysis, optimisation insights and quarterly marketing updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications, backed by strong experience in digital marketing and media buying.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing complex digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills, including A/B testing and use of MMM tools like Mutinex.
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape, encompassing CDPs, ad servers, dynamic creative and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
