Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Development Strategist to lead the planning and development of major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex planning applications and coordinate cross-functional assessment teams.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on planning and development strategies.
- Lead process improvements and champion service excellence in statutory planning.
- Mentor and support the planning team, and act as Unit Manager when required.
