About the Role

This pivotal position requires someone who can lead integrated campaigns, drive brand strategy and positioning, manage project scope and timelines, and foster deep client relationships at a senior level.

  • You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with strategic and creative leads to solve briefs and business challenges.
  • Significant scope for both strategic thinking and creative influence, working together with Senior Strategists and Creative Directors from brief to execution.
  • Achieve strong, trusting relationships with clients, account management teams, creatives, and agency partners.
  • Manage client expectations by keeping them informed of work progress, addressing issues promptly, and anticipating their needs.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the organisational structure, culture, and politics of the client's business.
  • Effectively debate and negotiate constructively with clients to advocate for the agency's recommendations or point of view.
  • Present major strategic and creative solutions to clients, leveraging effective influence/persuasion skills through proven success at selling creative ideas.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience as a Senior Brand Strategist Lead within a creative agency, having developed first-class brand solutions and campaigns, preferably with digital credentials.

  • Proven track record of managing and developing senior-level client relationships.
  • Strong strategic experience: writing briefs, responding to queries, engaging with confidence during high-level client conversations.
  • Able to build strong inter-departmental relationships within the agency.
  • Some experience with team management and budget oversight.
  • Demonstrates resilience, confidence, and tenacity.
