Job Title: Construction Project Lead

About the Role:

A seasoned leader with a proven track record in construction project management is required to spearhead our team's Geelong/West operations.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, have a strong background in managing multi-site projects, and be proficient in budget forecasting, scheduling tools, and claims management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of 4–6 construction supervisors to foster professional growth and high performance.
  • Monitoring and updating job status in real-time, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  • Developing, tracking, and reporting on regional monthly budgets, including claims, settlements, and Extra to Order (ETOs).
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of warranty and progress claims.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships with suppliers and trade contractors, acting as the primary escalation point for performance, quality, or delivery issues.

Requirements:

To excel in this pivotal role, you will need a valid Victorian Driver's License, a Construction Induction Card, and a Police Check. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a relentless focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
