Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven project lead to oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality projects and leading successful teams.

About the Role

The project lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and communication. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, the ability to mentor and develop staff, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams to achieve seamless execution.
  • Maintain open and clear lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Support and drive company professional development initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and take ownership of team pipelines and targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A plumbing qualification with commercial/industrial experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in plumbing, construction, or a related industry.
  • A degree in Project Management or equivalent, or extensive industry experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Capacity to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and numerical skills.
