We need a Project Manager who can manage multiple projects through our construction phase, ensuring smooth, on-time, and on-budget delivery from start to finish, handing over iconic, quality structures that unlock the outdoors.
What You'll Do Lead Project Delivery: Manage the construction phase, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality.
Stakeholder & Client Relations: Be the primary contact for project relationships, including sub contractor, partners and collaborators, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues efficiently.
Site & Supplier Oversight: Provide clear plans to site managers, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage supplier agreements.
Financial & Scope Management: Oversee project financials, including forecasting and budget control, and ensure all contractual requirements and project scopes are met.
Risk & Exception Management: Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project exceptions, risks, and hazards to maintain project outcomes.
What You'll Bring Excellent project management skills to plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a focus on innovative solutions.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
