Project Manager (Construction)

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our construction team in Geelong. Your leadership skills will foster professional growth and high performance among your team of 4-6 construction supervisors.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in residential or commercial construction, managing multi-site operations with strong financial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team to drive results.
  • Monitor and update job status, adjusting forecasts and site start schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop, track, and report on regional monthly budgets, including claims, settlements, and Extra to Order (ETOs).
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of warranty and progress claims.
  • Build effective partnerships with suppliers and trade contractors, resolving performance, quality, or delivery issues promptly.
  • Liaise with supervisors to identify and resolve on-site issues quickly, upholding contractual obligations and building standards.
  • Minimize ETS through proactive planning, cost-effective problem solving, and close coordination with design and procurement teams.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
