The Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our business relationships with existing and new clients, including franchise and independent partners. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring prime retail space for our Bitcoin Kiosks and other products, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and building the Localcoin brand in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquire prime retail space for our Bitcoin Kiosks and other products in retail and franchise locations across Australia
  2. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for placement of products by coordinating with retailers, operations, and marketing teams
  3. Lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and outreach to current partners
  4. Manage the contract renewal process for all existing partners, including contract negotiation and close to maximize client retention
  5. Effectively onboard and manage retail partner relationships, ensuring regular touchpoints to maximize satisfaction and competitive advantage
  6. Educate clients on the benefits of Localcoin products/services within retail locations
  7. Provide high-quality support to our retail partners by listening, understanding, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  8. Manage inquiries on current contracts with our retail partners, such as changes in ownership, terminal location, or retail location renovations
  9. Create opportunities to expand business with existing partners by identifying business needs and presenting a solution during the course of the relationship
  10. Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure any changes with the retail partners/contracts are reflected in Localcoin's internal systems
  11. Travel to client sites to conduct in-person meetings, including understanding client concerns, handling disputes, contract renewals, and location audits
  12. Stay up-to-date and understand client trends and information, such as organizational structure and decision-makers, financials, and competition
  13. Strive to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience
  2. Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, FreshDesk, or Hubspot
  3. Outgoing and highly customer-centric individual who is passionate about providing a positive experience for all Localcoin partners
  4. Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals over the phone, in person, or through other communication channels
  6. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  7. The ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, high-growth culture
  8. A proven record of achieving/exceeding quarterly targets
  9. Strong and demonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
  10. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
