Job Title: Leadership And Talent Lead

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive impactful change at our organisation, playing a key role as we grow and transform. Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Talent, you will lead the development of leadership, learning, and workforce capabilities.

You'll design, implement, and deliver leadership, talent, and performance strategies and programs using strong project management skills and data-driven solutions. You'll develop strategies and conduct data analysis to identify future skill requirements and opportunities, aligning with our long-term goals.

You'll build strong relationships and influence senior leaders and P&C teams to align and embed programs with strategic objectives. You'll also support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and introducing new, innovative approaches to enhance talent and leadership programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering development experiences, programs and cyclical processes at large and complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform learning strategies, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Tertiary qualification or degree in HR, OD, or equivalent.
